Info from Fay about the Clent Hills walk....Thank you to everyone who has attended the Strictly Come Dowsing series of walks over the summer. Some of you will be aware that I have been asked by the National Trust to run a pilot dowsing event at Clent Hills, with a view to running a series next summer. In order for that to come about we need a well attended pilot! The normal conditions apply, £5 per person, wear suitable clothing and footwear for potentially damp/wet and windy conditions on quite steep hills. I will provide dowsing tools for as many as possible, but if you have your own please bring them. The attached document tells you a little more about the walk and see
http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/main/w-clenthills for details of the area. I have to say having visited the site for the first time today it is a stunning setting with the most spectacular views for many many mines
(I think she means miles!!) and you would not think that Birmingham was only a stone's throw away.
If you're interested in the walk being run in conjunction with the National Trust at Clent Hills, on
16th November at 11.00 am. please contact Tamsin Mosse at the National Trust to book your place at the address below.
