I'm off to Torquay on Wednesday for a few days. I want to visit Kent's Cavern -- I saw it on TV not long ago! Read some interesting stuff about it here.

And of course - to meet up with Lynn!! 8)

See if the Phyllis Court Hotel (Corbyn Head) is managing without their night porter! :-)

Even the 'Corbyn Head' , Helen? When we went to visit in 2009 it had it's new name.
They obviously must have missed me! :-)

Yes, the Corbyn Head Hotel is there.

Torre, I feel my hip & leg are painless enough now to be able to trot around a bit & explore things. Up to now, I wouldn't have been able to. Thank you tramadol!!

Oh dear! :turn-l: It was 33C in the shade here today. And I've just made the mistake of having a hot cuppa tea - sweating like a pig now!!

I checked the Weather Network. The temp will drop like a rock this aft and it'll be cool the rest of the week.

Torre was right, the temp has dropped & overcast, but we had a lovely visit to Kent's Cavern,

Then a walk through the woods to Ilsham Green

& Meadfoot beach.

Tonight we're off to an Italian restaurant near the area of TQ known as Torre!
